I purchased the replica revolver to measure to properly pattern the holster. I wanted to have a western style holster as a regular item for sale on my retail website. This is the set I used to make a pattern from and to take pictures to list on the website. I am selling the prototype with the gun as a set now that I am finished with it.

-Western Style Quick Draw Holster-
The holster is made from 5-6oz veg tan leather with a simple gear impression and finished with an antiqued brown dye. The holster is a 1 piece design that is folded over in 2 places (once along the barrel to make the holster, and once at the top, making the backing loop) like many holster design of the period. The long barrel holster design has 2 buckles and straps and comes with a leather lace which ties around the leg to keep the holster from "flopping around" while walking if desired.

-Civil War 1851 Navy Revolver Pistol Replica-
The revolver is 13" overall with a 7 1/2" antique nickel silver finish barrel with engraved scroll design artwork. It has an antique brass finish frame and cylinder which are also engraved with scroll and sailing ships artwork and wood grips. This replica with working/moving mechanism was made in Spain and cannot be made to fire.
