Not on this model, but I do have laser emitters I can wire in to bracer designs. This version does not have electronics.

A bunch of little brass bits that were surprisingly hard to solder together in close proximity. lol This customer wanted a base model with no moving parts or lights, which really increase the price. Bracers with electronics usually cost twice as much, and can be even higher depending on how complicated the circuits are.
